Who we work with

You don't have to have it figured out.

We work with adults 18 and over who have Health First Colorado and are working on recovery from substance use, mental health challenges, or both. Some people come in right after a hard stretch. Some have been at it a while and need the next piece. Either way, the first conversation is about where you are and what you want, not a checklist.

Coverage lapsed, or not enrolled yet? Reach out anyway. Benefits paperwork is part of what we help with.

How it starts

What happens when you reach out.

Step 1

Reach out

Call, text, or send us your info. You can reach out for yourself or for someone you work with.

Step 2

Sit down with us

A real conversation about what's going on and what you want to change. If clinical services are a fit, that includes an assessment.

Step 3

Build the plan

Coaching, groups, therapy, work, paperwork. Start with what matters most. The plan changes as you do.

Making a referral

Working with someone who could use this?

Agencies, case managers, counselors, and employers send people our way. Send us your contact info and we'll follow up within one business day to get the details. Once the person comes in, they can sign a release so we can keep you updated.
